As always, very professional, exactly on time ,extremely clean and quite sanitary as one would want a dentist office! My cleaning and x-rays were explained each step of the way and in a manner that was very clear and precise .When both procedures were finished , the dentist came into the room with a warm welcome and reassuring smile. Her inspection noted that I indeed had a small cavity and that all else was good. The lady at the front desk was more than helpful in setting up the next appointment and explain the dental insurance responsibilities. All in all, going to this dentist and hygienist was pleasant.

Great office, friendly staff, very skilled and professional Drs and RDHs. First encounter was with front desk who were very friendly, kind and quick witted, which I thoroughly enjoyed. I had my cleaning done by Kaitlyn RDH who was very kind, professional and demonstrated poise and skill in her craft. Dr. O'Kane performed my check. I very much appreciated how he pulled up the radiographs to showed and explained to me the current situation and state/longevity of my current restorations. I have had treatment completed at this office as well. My assistant and Dr. O'Kane worked effortlessly and presented wonderful chair side manner. The team at WNC Dental is one of the best dental teams I've encountered, and I am very pleased with my experience.

November 25, 2024I've been going here for 4 years and my daughter switched to this office over a year ago and we have been very happy with our experience. Excellent customer service! Patient and helpful, always! Including when it comes to billing, insurance issues and payments. They run ON TIME to a T, never have I ever experienced timely apts like this in ANY doctors office. It's wonderful! Prices are reasonable. They listen to your preferences and concerns and work with you to develop a treatment plan which best fits both your dental health and your budget.
